This is Kaito, the CEO at Utopia.

If you haven’t been able to download your data on Utopia, please respond to this email directly and we’ll provide you with a ZIP file. If you request to get your data after 11:59 PM PST on November 13th, 2023, we’ll no longer be able to provide this for you.

If you already responded to my previous email - we’ll make sure to get you your data tomorrow so no need to respond to this email.

We will be removing the data from our AWS servers tomorrow at 11:59 PM PST on November 13th, 2023.
