Hey there,

This is Kaito, the CEO at Utopia.

We will be shutting down Utopia Core tonight (Monday, November 6th) at 11:59 PM PST. We recommend you use https://www.request.finance/ or the Safe frontend as an alternative.

You can download all of your data with the export ZIP functionality: https://www.loom.com/share/1b26f6d234a7478c8e1036d45e9f6e37?sid=31c410db-6b5c-406d-8123-8b958db877e9.

We will be removing the data from our AWS servers on November 13th, 2023 so please make sure to take export all of your files by then.

If you’ve used our onramp/offramp functionality in Utopia core, we’ll send you a seperate email with an invite link in a few hours - which allows you to do the following:

  • Onramp your funds from USD → USDC

  • Receive USD from anybody via ACH or Wire, and have it automatically converted to USDC in your Utopia wallet.

  • Offramp your USDC/USDT to your bank account (ie Mercury, Brex, JP Morgan).

  • Send USDC/USDT to any bank account.

If you’re having any trouble with downloading your data, please respond directly to this email.
